Coldstream Plantation is a well established family owned company that has been supplying high grade Quality Australian Tea Tree Oil to the domestic and international market since 1989.

Situated on the fertile flood plains of the Coldstream River, close to the regional city of Grafton in sub tropical northern New South Wales, the plantation enjoys an ideal climate of warm to hot summers and cool to mild winters with substantial rainfall in late summer. It is also situated within the natural provenance of the Tea Tree - Melaleuca alternifolia. The combination of these factors provides the perfect situation for the production of Quality Australian Tea Tree Oil to the rigorous standards required by international markets.

The plantation is harvested annually in late summer and the leaf distilled in the on-site processing plant. The resulting Tea Tree Oil is filtered and stored in stainless steel tanks prior to packing into a variety of containers for shipment to customers world wide.

In addition to the production of high quality Australian Tea Tree Oil, Coldstream Plantation through its Tea Tree Transplants division produces around 8 million Tea Tree seedlings per annum for sale to other plantations within Australia.
